Mentorship Directory
Your People Are Here
Connect with experienced CPG leaders who are ready to share insight, make introductions, and support your growth. The directory helps you find mentors and peers aligned with your goals, experience, and interests — whether you’re looking for a single conversation or a longer-term relationship. Mentors are encouraged to complete training focused on the unique challenges entrepreneurs of Color face and commit to equity-centered support.
Mentor-Led Small Group Roundtables
Big Ideas, Small Tables
Join intimate, topic-driven conversations where mentors and peers tackle real challenges, share strategies, and spark new ideas. These facilitated small-group sessions are designed for honest exchange and practical guidance — creating space for trust, collaboration, and meaningful follow-up. You’ll leave with actionable next steps and new colleagues to walk alongside you on your journey.
